Thirty years ago today, Ghostface Killah's Ironman came out on Razor Sharp, Wu-Tang Records, and Epic. It was the fifth Wu-Tang solo album, produced by RZA, and it peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart. It went gold within three months and platinum in the years after.
Only four tracks have Ghostface as the sole rapper. The rest is Raekwon, Cappadonna, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, and RZA, plus Mary J. Blige on "All That I Got Is You," a tribute to his mother, and The Delfonics on "After the Smoke Is Clear."
